1. Return Window
We have a **30-day return policy**, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
* It must be in the same condition that you received it: **new, unworn, or unused**.
* It must have all original tags attached and be in its **original packaging**.
* You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process (By Mail)
All returns must be requested and authorized before sending any items back to us.

2. **Receive Instructions:** If your return is accepted, we will email you a printable return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. **Mail the Package:** Securely pack the item and ship it to our designated return address:

*Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.*
4. Return Shipping Fees & Costs
* **Defective or Damaged Products (Seller's Responsibility):** If the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
* **Customer Remorse / Change of Mind (Buyer's Responsibility):** If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/model, or no longer want it, the **customer is responsible for the return shipping costs**.
5. Restocking Fees
* **No Restocking Fee:** We do **not** charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
* **If Approved:** Your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within **10 business days**.
* **Processing Delay:** Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
* If more than **15 business days** have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at **support@carmatstech.com**.
