1. Order Processing Time & Cutoff
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
* **Order Cutoff Time:** 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
* **Handling Time:** 1 to 3 business days. (Please note: Custom-fit car mats may take up to 3 business days to manufacture and prepare for shipment).
2. Transit Time & Shipping Methods
Once your package is handed over to our shipping carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS), the estimated transit times are as follows:
* **Standard Shipping:** 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
* **Total Delivery Time:** Handling Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (3-7 business days) = **4 to 10 business days** from order placement to delivery.

3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Areas
We currently ship only within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states and overseas territories).
Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders, with no hidden fees.
* All fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. **No hidden fees** or additional processing charges.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
* The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
* You can track your order status directly on our website or via the link provided in the email.
5. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
* **Address Corrections:** If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at **support@carmatstech.com** within **12 hours** of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
* **Lost or Damaged Packages:** If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please inspect the package and contact us immediately at **support@carmatstech.com** so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
